CHAPTER ONE ventures to ensure that every transaction at our website is immaculate. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest standards in quality. If you are not happy with yourservice/purchase, please see the following options for returning or exchanging any of the items.
Wrong supply of products
In case a wrong product has been delivered, kindly contact/email “firstname.lastname@example.org” within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Your email should contain extensive details along with images of the product that has been delivered to you. Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- The product does not match the item in the order confirmation email i.e.an incorrect product has been delivered to you.
We do not accept exchange or return for any other reason because the product will only be sent to you after a meticulous quality check.
If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please contact our care team within 24hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Image of the item
- Specifying the reason for return
(Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact and it is in the same state as it was delivered.)
Our Quality Check team will shortly verify your return/exchange request, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
We cannot offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
CHAPTER ONE have made every effort to display the colours of products to appear as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Store Credit / Refund
- Shortly following a product check, we will offer you a store credit, as applicable with your order. This procedure will take place within 7 business days after receiving of products as per CHAPTER ONE- Terms & Conditions.
- If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note or refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost.
- Please note cancellation of an order after the payment is completed is not possible, as the payment will automatically be sent to the designer.
- As part of usual business practice, CHAPTER ONE with-holds the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved or processed by CHAPTER ONE.
LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
- Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
- Custom made and made to order products.
- Orders placed using store credit.
- Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse.
- Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
- Products purchased in any sale / promotion organized by CHAPTER ONE.
- Products which were marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
